Jack had his 9 month Dr.'s appointment yesterday. ( I know it is a little late) He weighed 18 lbs and 4 oz. which is just below the 25%. He was 26 3/4 inches long, just below the 10%. Kind of a SHRIMP. But his head was in the 75%. So he must be really smart!
He didn't have to get vaccinations, so that was good. I've been kind of freaked out with all of the vaccination/autism talk going on. But thank heavens at the 9 month appointment you don't need shots. Jack was happy too.
Jack is so funny with textures though. He hated to sit on the Dr.'s table because of the crinkly paper. He also hates grass, hates it. When we put him on it he starts to shake and cry. Crazy kid.

I havent taken Alice to the Dr since she was six months old because I'm scared of immunizations. She only weighs 18 lbs though. I wonder where she falls on the scale % wise. Jack is so cute I love looking at your blog to see how you guys are doing. We should hang out soon.
Hayley, Jack is so cute! It was really fun to look through the pictures of him. I would see one and think--he reminds me of Hayley, then I'd see another and think--he looks exactly like Shawn. He is a very handsome little guy!
Hayley he is so cute! So I think that we have a giant girl! At her 4 month appt she was 26 1/4 inches and 16 lbs. 10 oz! That is funny with the texture stuff!
He's such a cute little squirt! I would love love love to do some family pictures for you! I am actually coming down around the end of this month-for sure the 29th and 30th---maybe longer! I'll let you know the exact dates soon and see if we can work something out!

Our kids are obviously related!! But I guess Boston is just smarter than Jack because his head has always been in the 95 percentile while his weight and height have been below 25% for the most part. I used to make fun of that Wyerman kid I used to babysit because the Mom had to cut all his shirts to fit his head through!! I could totally do that with Boston's shirts if it didn't look stupid. It's always a huge tug of war to get his shirts on! Also tell Jack he is not the only one who hates the paper at the doctor's, Boston looses it the moment I lay him down on it!
Logan is the exact same way, below avg on weight and height and a little large in the head. I think the dr. thinks I don't feed him enough, but I stuff his little tummy every chance I get. :)
he'll grow into his head before you know it! i was freaked out about the vaccine/autism thing too until Terry (sam's mom) set me straight! she works at a place where they've done tons of research with autistic kids and said there is no way vaccines can cause it.
